9:30 – 10:30 AM Understanding Your Curve Break down curve types, Cobb angle, and how scoliosis affects your body. Begin connecting clinical concepts to your individual structure.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Medical Perspective + Q&A Led by Christopher I. Shaffrey Learn when surgery is considered, how progression is monitored, and what long-term care actually looks like. Includes extended Q&A.
12:00 – 1:00 PM Lunch + Reset Lunch provided. Time to recharge and connect informally.
1:00 – 2:30 PM Schroth Method: Foundations With Brittany Hunt Hands-on breathing techniques, posture correction, and curve-specific awareness training.
2:30 – 3:30 PM Posture, Pain & Daily Movement Learn how to apply what you’ve practiced to real life—sitting, standing, and moving with less strain.
3:30 – 5:00 PM Scoliosis Pilates (Foundations) With Stacy Joyce Intro to safe, effective movement. Modify exercises to support your spine and build strength without reinforcing imbalances.
6:30 PM (Optional) Group Dinner A relaxed, social way to connect and continue conversations from the day.
Day 2 — Integration + Personalization
9:00 – 9:30 AM Review + Open Q&A Revisit key concepts, clarify questions, and refine your understanding.
9:30 – 10:45 AM Scoliosis Pilates: Progression Build on Day 1 with more advanced applications, integrating breathwork and control into movement.
10:45 – 11:30 AM Build Your Personalized Routine Create a realistic, structured plan tailored to your body, curve, and goals.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Final Q&A + Next Steps Leave with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.
